Real Saturday is built in Australia and optimised for the Australian market, but it works anywhere in the world. Property intelligence and nearby-places data is powered by Google Maps globally. Phone connectivity runs via Twilio, which supports most countries worldwide. Australian mobile and landline numbers are natively supported.

We call your number first — you answer, hear a confirmation tone, and keep that line open. You then dial the property owner on your handset as normal. The AI joins silently through your open line and begins transcribing and coaching straight away. The owner only hears you — they're not part of any three-way call.

Yes — there's a "Log during call" widget built right into the active call panel. Tap a quick chip (Interested, Callback, Voicemail, Appointment booked, Not interested) to instantly save a note without breaking your flow, or switch to the Reminder tab to set a follow-up with a date and time — all without leaving the call screen. Notes and reminders also sync to the sidebar panels so nothing is lost after the call ends.

Every property you call is saved to your pipeline. After the call you can review the full transcript, read AI-generated coaching cards, add detailed notes, set follow-up reminders, update the lead status (Cold / Warm / Hot / Listed), and log contact details. Your entire prospecting history for that property stays in one place.

The Real Assist AI dashboard works on any modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. For the best experience during a live call, keep the dashboard open on a tablet or second screen so you can glance at coaching cards without interrupting the conversation. No app download is required.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our core infrastructure runs on AWS in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), keeping your data in Australia. Call transcripts are automatically deleted after 90 days. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
