The Real Assist AI works by joining your call silently. Here's how the three-way connection works.
Type the address of the property you're prospecting. Real Saturday uses this to pre-load property intelligence, nearby places, and AI briefing notes before the call starts.
Enter the mobile or landline number you'll be calling from. We'll call you first — this connects the Real Assist AI to your line. Australian numbers are natively supported; international numbers work via Twilio's global network.
Use the number you'll physically use to call the owner. Our system calls your number within seconds. Answer this call — you'll hear a confirmation tone. Keep the line open: this is the AI's connection to your conversation.
With the Real Assist AI call still open in your ear, dial the owner on your handset or via a second device. The AI listens through your microphone and begins transcribing immediately.
Keep the Real Assist AI dashboard visible on a second screen, tablet, or browser tab. Everything updates in real time.
Every word is transcribed in real time — word by word, colour-coded by speaker. Scroll back at any time during the call.
Claude analyses the conversation and pushes coaching cards as the call evolves — market stats, opening hooks, and tailored suggestions.
Track engagement level, talk ratio, close likelihood, and owner sentiment — updated every few seconds.
Schools, transport, shops, parks, and health services auto-loaded for the property — ready when the owner asks about the neighbourhood.
Tap a quick chip — Interested, Callback, Voicemail, Appointment booked — or type a custom note and save it without leaving the call screen.
Switch to the Reminder tab in the call panel, pick a title and date/time, and add it instantly. No need to remember anything after the call.
The "Log during call" widget sits inside the active call panel — so you can capture key moments the instant they happen, without breaking the conversation.
Scroll to the bottom of the AI Call panel — below the call score you'll see a Log during call section with two tabs: Note and Reminder.
Tap any chip to pre-fill the input instantly:
Note chips: Interested · Callback requested · Appointment booked · Voicemail left · Not interested — do not call
Reminder chips: Appointment — follow up · Call back · Send proposal · Check in
For a note — edit the chip text if needed, then press Save (or hit Enter). The note appears instantly in the Notes panel.
For a reminder — type or tap a chip for the title, pick a date and time, then press Add. The reminder appears in the Reminders panel immediately.
Notes and reminders saved during the call are stored to the property record and visible in the sidebar panels in real time — they're there when you come back to review after the call.
When you hear a common objection, tap the relevant button and the AI instantly drafts a response you can use or adapt.
"I think it's worth more than that" — tap the price button and get a data-backed response using recent comparable sales in the suburb.
"We're not ready to sell yet" — get language around seasonal trends, buyer demand, and why now may be an ideal window.
"We already have an agent" — the AI suggests differentiation points and questions to uncover whether the relationship is exclusive.
"The market is terrible right now" — get a nuanced, suburb-specific counter using current market data pulled in real time.
One-tap AI research buttons that pull instant answers during the call — so you never have to guess.
AI-generated list of the strongest selling points for this property and suburb — lifestyle, location, and market position.
Recent sales data and price ranges for similar properties in the area — useful for anchoring a price conversation.
Upcoming infrastructure, rezoning, or development in the area that may affect property value — a powerful future-selling point.
Instantly generate a personalised follow-up message to send after the call — ready to copy and paste.
Every property is saved to your pipeline. Notes and reminders you logged during the call are already there — just fill in anything else while it's fresh.
Any notes or reminders you saved mid-call are already in the property record. Check them first — you may not need to add much at all.
Use the Notes panel to capture anything extra — owner personality, specific concerns, or context the AI couldn't pick up. Quick chips like "Renovations", "Motivation", and "Price expectation" help you structure entries fast.
If you didn't set a reminder during the call, do it now. Title, optional notes, and a date/time — done. You'll get notified so no lead slips through.
Set the property status (Cold / Warm / Hot / Listed), log the owner's name, phone, and email. Your Properties dashboard shows your full pipeline at a glance.
Add an activity log entry — "Called, showed interest", "Left voicemail", "Appointment set for Thu 3pm" — so your timeline stays accurate if you share the property with teammates.
The next major feature on the roadmap — book listing appointments directly into a colleague's calendar without leaving the Real Assist AI.
View your colleagues' calendars in real time — see who's free when the owner says "Can we meet Thursday?"
Select a time slot and confirm an appointment directly into a teammate's calendar — without switching apps or making a second call.
Your colleague gets notified automatically. The appointment is logged to the property record and synced to their calendar.
Small habits that make the Real Assist AI significantly more effective.
Background noise reduces transcription accuracy. A headset or earphones improves both your audio quality and the AI's ability to distinguish speakers.
Keep your eyes on the owner's sentiment and coaching cards — don't read responses word for word. Use them as a prompt, not a script.
The Real Assist AI dashboard works best on a tablet or second monitor. This keeps the conversation natural while the AI info stays visible.
Enter the address 30–60 seconds before dialling the owner. This gives the AI time to load the briefing, nearby places, and initial insights.
Don't wait until the objection is fully stated. As soon as you hear the signal word — "timing", "price", "already have an agent" — tap the button.
Use the in-call "Log during call" widget to tap a chip the moment something important happens — Interested, Callback, Appointment booked. It takes 2 seconds and you'll never forget to log it later.
When the owner says "call me back next Thursday" — switch to the Reminder tab and set it right then. No risk of forgetting or getting the date wrong.
Spend 30 seconds post-call updating the status (Cold / Warm / Hot), adding contact details, and logging an activity entry. Your pipeline stays clean and your team stays informed.
